They had put in extra self serve kiosks and now don't take orders at the counter. I went to the counter to order and they said no go to a kiosk, if they aren't willing to have people on customer service then they will not get business from me. I left and we went elsewhere for dinner.

Clean tidy, a elderly customer who appeared to be a regular customer was having trouble when using his card the difficulty was making the gentleman uncomfortable, my thought was allow him to have his coffee and let pay next time or wait until and try before he leaves totally unnecessary for him to fell uncomfortable cheers

I can't believe how fast and efficient these Mc Donald drive through a are in Whangarei.In Auckland if there are a lot of cars it takes ages to get your meal. I know I used to go every frid for my son. I used to cringe. Not here they don't muck around and they don't stuff up your order either.

McDonald's is very kind to us seniors with free tea or coffee when you buy some food. The coffee is great. I always have a black coffee and really enjoy it.
